Everything was wonderful! Communication and instructions on everything before we arrived were helpful and made everything that much easier. Also instructions on leaving as well. The place was clean and spacious. We all loved the golf cart and how close the pools and beaches were. Also loved the location. The fact that the Big Chill was literally across the street made things so much easier and convenient. We were a family of 7 (5 being kids) and there was always something there for everyone. Whether it was burgers, pizza, bbq, seafood, tacos, etc we all had our favs. Everything was great! Would definitely recommend this place 10/10.

Great Location. Perfect for families with small kids. Central to rosemary beach and seaside, easily able to explore both either by bike or golf cart. Easy beach access! Friendly and responsive hosts!

Truly enjoyed our weeks stay at Sara's place. The place was beautiful and just as described. The golf cart made it a breeze to get to a few of the close beaches. Kids loved the proximity to the Big Chill as well.

We enjoyed the stay at Sarah’s house in Prominence. Everything was exactly as described. The kitchen was immaculate- with a very clean refrigerator, oven, and microwave. It was very nice to have the golf cart and bikes to get to the beach. Her team was very responsive when I had questions. It was a great experience and we will recommend it to others.

Days before the trip, we got multiple communication regarding check-in, location, helpful tips about beach access, restaurant recommendations, and more. This was super helpful and easy to follow! The house is beautiful and clean and location was great. Being close to The Big Chill was very nice and made dinner easy after long days at the beach. Having the golf cart and bikes were a lot of fun and loved that the house came with it. The nearby beaches were gorgeous with clear,
clean water and soft, white sand. We loved our stay and will be back! Definitely recommend this place for families!

Immaculately clean , beautiful decor, comfortable beds , everything you could ask for from kitchen ware, towels , beach towels and toys . Totally exceeded our expectations. Flew from another country and had a memorable bonding week with my daughter and granddaughter. Would easily recommend it and would love to come back for another holiday. We had a great stay. Host was great at communicating with me. Golf cart is a major plus especially for quick trips to places with not a lot of parking. They had cookies and things for the kids for the 4th of a July. We were super happy to have the beach supplies, there was everything we needed! Thank you!

The townhome was exactly as described and expected. It was very clean and immaculate. Checkin was a breeze. There was a nice shaded back porch to sit on in the morning , drink coffee, and watch wildlife in the wooded area behind the home. There were 4 bikes available for riding, and the golf cart was great for taking to the beach access locations. Sarah's communication was excellent, and she provided a lot of information prior to the check-in.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The house itself was stunning and incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. Its location was fantastic, with everything we needed close by. Sarah was an excellent communicator, always prompt and helpful. The beach was just a short drive away, allowing us to enjoy the sun and beach life with ease. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

This home was beautiful in every way - plenty of space, open, airy, clean. Beds were very comfortable! They had a highchair and a few items for baby. Great location - close to the pool and just outside the subdivision was the Hub (a collection of stores and restaurants). We loved the golf cart and used it to drive to local coffee shop and beach access nearby. Check in was easy and efficient. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay. Amazing place. Amazing service. All questions were answered promptly. When we asked if they had another child gate for the stairs because the one provided wasn’t fitting, they went and bought a new one and delivered it to our front door. Just a 5star experience overall. Thanks yall!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautiful with great amenities and had everything you could want or need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We enjoyed the pool and it was so convenient to get to the beach in either the golf cart or by riding bikes. Hosts were extremely responsive and very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. We would definitely book this place again in a heartbeat.

The kids enjoyed the golf cart. The place had everything we needed and more. Loved the community pool to hang out in the evening. The Hub had breakfast at The Nectar, and lots of lunch/dinner options for the days we didn't want to venture out.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend to family and friends. The Airbnb was just as described from the details and photos. Location was perfect with a public beach access and restaurants within 5mins. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating!

Can’t say enough great things about this condo, location and the hosts! The condo was lovely, clean and had everything we needed right down to laundry pods, cleaning sprays, sand toys, beach umbrellas/chairs. The master bed was cozy and plenty of linens. Easy golf cart ride to Deer Lake state park for beach access and loaded the wagon and gear on the golf cart since the board walk is a bit of a haul. Park was $3 cash daily admission as well (no LTE to use QR code to pay). We will def return to this property or others from the mgmt company since their response time is awesome and condo stocked so well so I can pack lighter in the future.

TimeandTide was a wonderful week stay for myself and our family! We loved being able to take the golf cart and bikes pretty much anywhere. The house was great and was more than enough room for our family of 5. If you are thinking of booking with another family with kids you would have enough space to do that here as well! Loved the location to the big chill. That was a hit with the kids! The house was clean the beds were comfortable and had all you need in a kitchen!

Just left a stay at Sarah’s place and it was great. They were awesome hosts! My kids enjoyed our trip and stay. They especially loved the golf cart, which made getting around super easy. The house was immaculate, and had everything we could have needed plus extras for the kids for when we went to the pool and beach. The big chill directly across the street made it easy to grab a quick bite or ice cream after dinner. Short golf cart drive to the beaches and quick drive to the towns. Overall great stay, we can’t wait to come back already!

The rental had everything as advertised which was important to us while traveling with small children. The convenience of having everything for the beach was also great; beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, toys, etc. Our favorite part was packing up the golf cart and heading down 30A to visit the beautiful beaches. The rental was very clean and decorated nicely. Location was also nice being fairly central to different restaurants and attractions. The big chill across the street was also a hit for us with the DJ and dance party on Friday night. Very family friendly and fun for the young kids. Overall would visit 30A again and also book this rental or another property with Kalos Dwellings.

Beautiful house is a peaceful community, great access to anything 30a. Being right across from the Hub made last minute dinners and quick lunch days a no brainer. The golf cart was an awesome extra as were the beach chairs and toys for the kids. Beds slept comfortable and linens were clean and smelled fresh!

Had a great time with the family. Home was clean and neighborhood felt super safe. Our girls rode bikes constantly around the neighborhood when we were not at the beach. Communication was very clear and helpful on the area and beaches to try. Enjoyed having the Big Chill across the road! Would highly recommend..

Time and Tide on 30A was the PERFECT house for our summer vacation. My family of four just fell in love with the place. The included golf cart and bikes were so much fun and added such value to our stay. Being about a half mile from the beach entrance, these vehicles came in extremely handy. Prominence was a great spot to chill out for the week. It was way less crowded than Seaside and we thoroughly enjoyed the laid back vibe at Deer Lake Beach.
Our hosts were 100% awesome with communication, directions/instructions, and proactively helping us. I would easily rent from them again. Overall a great experience.

House was excellent, neighborhood is family friend felt safe. Great location to escape the crowds from the busy towns, but close enough to enjoy each town. Right in the middle of the popular, Rosemary + Alys Beach to the south and Seaside + Watercolor to the north. The house was beautiful and clean, the community pool was crowded at times however, the whole city has a great vibe and everyone is very friendly.
Didn’t spend much time at the big chill, very over crowded at nights, however during the day it was the perfect walking distance to get a piña colada to enjoy by the pool. :)
Sarah and her co-host are very responsive and friendly.
We struggled finding yummy places to eat as everything was crowded and we didn’t make reservations ahead of time. Recommend doing your homework of where to eat before getting there. Publix is right down the road for essentials. Delicious homemade ice cream can be found down the street (10mins) Pecan Jacks and they even have dairy free!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The home was well thought out and there were tons of cute details that enhanced our stay like kid dishes and a travel crib. The photos are completely accurate and the place is beautiful. The owners are kind and responsive! Only great things to say. Book it!

Our family vacation on 30A was incredible!!! The location of this townhouse is perfect for families, with just a golf cart ride away to the pool and the Big Chill (formerly The Hub) across the street! There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, and even beach toys and towels for the kids! Also in the front closet by the garage, there were puzzles and games!
The layout was perfect for us, having the master on the end and other two rooms central with the shared bathroom. The bunk room was precious and we so appreciated the pack n play (located in the master closet)
The beaches all along this stretch are finicky (parking, private vs not, and accessibility. But no fault of this rental! Just the area you’re in!)
We rented a boat outside of Destin (not too far of a drive from the rental) and did Crab Island for a day and HIGHLY recommend it!
We will absolutely be making this a yearly trip and hope to stay here again!

Hosts were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and carefree. The house was great and family friendly. The neighborhood was clean and felt safe. The golf cart amenity was a great addition. The pool was kid-friendly with a beach entry and was just a quick stroll or an even quicker golf cart ride away. We spent four days here with our 4 kids, infant and my in-laws. We loved every minute! Sarah and Aaron are great hosts- immediately responding to any inquiry/need and providing clear and easy instructions. The property is very spacious, one of the larger units in this townhome complex. Very tall ceilings, beautiful decor, comfy beds and clean linens. The bunk bed room was very cool, our kids loved it. There was no shortage of supplies, we were provided with ample dish soap, toiletries, detergent, hair dryer, and a pack-n-play for our infant. There was an abundance of beach toys, umbrellas and beach chairs, pool floats, etc. The golf cart was easy to use and we took it just about everywhere in a one mile radius including Deer Lake beach which was our preferred beach! The Big Chill across the street was perfect for us and our 4 kids, live music, movies and lots of food to choose from. The location is just right, easy access to bike rental across the street. We hope to return soon!
