Close to EVERYTHING

Great place and a very reasonable deal. It's close to most of what you come to Nashville for and still far enough out to be quiet. Love the rooftop area, although we didn't get to use it much because of rain...

The townhome was as advertised! Free coffee and plenty of towels. Short Uber rides to attractions. If you have a pet the small fenced in area in back is helpful. Up and coming neighborhood.

Sarah’s place was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, spacious and great outdoor spaces, especially the roof. Sarah was super responsive the whole weekend with any questions we had and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything extra. Would definitely stay again!

Great location & property

Place was great! Size was perfect, location is great, was liberally 1mile from Broadway we even rented scooters to ride home one day! Aaron was great & communication was super easy & he was very accommodating for our group! Would absolutely stay here again😁

Sarah was a very responsive host and was flexible to allow a 1 hr early check in for me and my guests. The place was clean and on each bed were a stack of towels available for that guest. The space gave us all of the amenities we needed, was quiet and secure. We were even able to enjoy the rooftop patio in the beautiful weather. Would stay here again!

Sarah was very accommodating when we got into Nashville earlier than expected. We had trouble with the code at first not working, however Sarah immediately called and got us in right away with no further issues. Clean and modern place. Close enough to walk or Uber to downtown.
