Very nice place to stay with several couples or large families. We were a short ride to Broadway. The rooftop Paito was a great place to spend time.

We had a fantastic time at the place, which was perfect for our group of 20 guys! We were pleasantly surprised to find five air mattresses available, although two had a small leak. Thankfully, it didn't affect anyone's sleep since we had plenty of room. The hosts were incredibly responsive and genuinely nice people. Overall, A+++++ experience!

This location was great for us. It was clean and had enough parking. I would recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Nashville. In scooter range and about 1 mile from broadway.
Great Host and very responsive to my communications. I would return.

We had an amazing stay in Nashville, thanks to our incredibly accommodating hosts and the two beautiful houses we rented. From the moment we booked, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. They were responsive, friendly, and provided all the information we needed for a seamless check-in and enjoyable stay. Both houses were stunning – beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The living spaces were spacious and perfect for our group gatherings. One of the highlights was the comfort of the beds. Each bed was like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring we all had restful nights after our busy days exploring the vibrant city of Nashville. It's rare to find accommodations where everyone in the group agrees on the comfort level of the beds, but these houses exceeded our expectations. The location was also fantastic, providing easy access to all the attractions and local hotspots. We truly felt at home and well taken care of during our stay. We highly recommend these properties to anyone visiting Nashville. The combination of the lovely homes and exceptional hosts made our trip unforgettable. We can't wait to return!
