Overall very satisfactory. Could use some stem wine glasses, better pots and pans for cooking, shelves in showers, side tables in living room. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our adult party of 8. I would recommend.

My friends and I spent a long weekend in Nashville and really enjoyed staying at this home. It was clean and comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood was a quick Uber ride from all the Nashville attractions (we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a driver, which was also nice). Communication with the friendly host was also easy. Overall, it was a great experience and we all highly recommend this home for groups visiting Nashville.

Our stay was great. Comfortable beds. There is a family dollar and liquor store within in walking distance. We Ubered to Broadway street, took about 5minutes to walk about 20 min.

We had a big group broken up between two houses. We had a blast. This nice home has lots of space that accommodated all of us and we enjoyed the rooftop fire pit. Great place to watch the fireworks. Host was super responsive and really nice. I had random questions before we came and they always responded really fast and were very helpful. Thank you!

We had a great weekend!! This house was clean and perfect for us!! Very modern. I had to contact the property mgr and the reply was instant. The location is perfect!! 3-5 minute drive to all the great 5 star restaurants and bars downtown. We also booked massages at the most amazing place within 2 miles!! We’d definitely stay here again!!

House was perfect for 2 families of 5! Aaron was very accommodating and the house was clean. There wasn’t too much within walking distance but if you don’t mind taking Uber or if you have a car it’s perfect! Neighborhood is quiet and we all commented on how comfortable the beds were. We would definitely stay here again.

Great and clean house! Hosts were very accommodating and allowed for early check in and late check out. 10 people comfortably were able to stay. I do want to say, apart from the house, the area is a little unsafe as we were warned by our uber drivers. I would not recommend the area if you are just a group of girls (completely unrelated to the house itself as it did come with an alarm system).

We stayed for a work event with the house next door, and everything was great! It was an easy walk to the Farmers Market for lunch and a short drive/uber to broadway and other places for dinner. The house was perfect for our group of 5 co-workers.

This is a beautiful place. There’s enough space for everyone so nobody felt on top of each other. Multiple bathrooms, parking and everything.
Neighborhood is fine. There’s nothing to do, but you’re mostly going to be on Broadway and stuff anyways.
I’d stay here again!

Everything was exactly as advertised. The location was very convenient to the venue downtown for a family event (and then going out afterwards). Very clean, very comfortable and no issues at the house. Communications with the owner/manager was excellent with extremely detailed instructions that eliminated any potential issues. Since we now have family in Nashville we will plan to rent again when in town.

Great place to stay! We were in town for a Bachelorette party and the house was perfect! We had a group of 10 of us and there was plenty of space in the house. Close to all of the places we wanted to go to as well. Everywhere was just a quick Uber ride away which was really nice. Hosts were super accommodating and communicated well with me throughout the process. Highly recommend staying here.

Everyone had a great time staying at this house! It was very spacious so if you wanted privacy, you were able to go to your individual rooms. It was so cute and decorated all throughout the place. This property is only about a 10-15 minute car ride to the main attractions on Broadway and very easy to get to. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely would stay again!

All rides shares came within 3 to 4 minutes and we were literally on Broadway and under five. Very large house that will accommodate a good size group. The owners were very quick to respond to any of our requests. Will definitely be going back.

We had a great 4 days at the house. We needed to accommodate 3 couples and 2 single people and this fitted the bill perfectly. We cooked full meals at the house plus eat out and it was stocked with all the necessary utensils for a group of our size.
Beds were all very comfortable and the rooms a good size with the quantity and fit out of all the bathrooms meeting our expectations.
Our hosts could not have been more pleasant and co-operative allowing early check in and leaving our bags till late on the day of check out.
Being all fit people we found walking into Broadway and other places no problem and Ubers to most places around town were average $12.00 (10 minute ride to Broadway)....$35.00 to the airport (25 minute ride)
Nashville is always a treat and this trip was even more so as this house enabled our family to really enjoy living in the same space v 5 separate hotel rooms.
Very glad I took the time searching and finding this place.

We were there to celebrate a friend getting married and all 8 of us wanted to stay together. The house immediately felt like home and was just as described -very clean, spacious rooms, beautiful kitchen, great rooftop. The hosts were very responsive and allowed us to check in early. If i'm in Nashville, I would definitely stay there again!

Aaron was a pleasure to work with. The communication and timely responses to questions was what stood out the most. The house held 9 adults comfortably and was very clean. Location was a little further from downtown than we would’ve liked, but still walkable (20-25 mins to broadway) (5 Minute Uber). Overall, I would highly recommend this property, great ownership, clean, easy to work with, fair pricing. Would stay here again.

Our vacation was perfect in our cozy stay at this beautifully updated modern home. The beds are comfy, the many bathrooms and extra showers made our mornings a breeze for getting ready with our family! It’s spacious and open floor plan made spending time together in between sight seeing and visiting the Grand Ole Opry and Nashville venues a joy. We look forward to coming back,.. again and again!

Aaron was very responsive. We had some trouble with the front door codes and he was very quick to respond and resolved. Note: I would suggest some kind of blinds on the front and side doors as they are all glass and you can see everything on the main floor ( kitchen, dining, living room and first floor bedroom). This would provide a better sense of security and privacy. The house was well stocked, clean, and comfortable for us and the dogs. Aaron checked to see if we needed anything and was always accessible.
