The team was fantastic as we were just walking away from a terrible experience at another airbnb on Christmas Eve. Fantastic custumer service, great location and wonderful place. The coffee from The Well was superb perk to quick start our mornings!/ Thank you so much for turning arounf Christmas for us!

Great home! We stayed for Thanksgiving with our family. Plenty of room to spread out! Big kitchen table for the gathering of food and games ! Great spot close to all the things we wanted to do!

Perfect place for what we needed it for. Four guys around ages 40 who came to Nashville for the first time for the Vikings titans game and hit up broadway street. Place is close to both of those locations. Just five min Uber ride. In a quiet neighborhood if you don’t want to be in the mix all the time like us. Place was clean had plenty of towels accessible for showers lots of dishware plates, large fridge that can hold a whole pizza box Four bedrooms so it was nice to each one of us had our own room and TVs in the room with access to Netflix and other streaming services. The rooftop patio was wonderful to decompress after a day on Broadway. Lines of communication with the host were constant and open. They checked in to make sure if we needed anything and make sure everything was OK and we’re very come to our check-in needs that had to be flexed a little bit. Check out duties for cleaning very minimal didn’t have to strip the sheets on the bed only had to take out trash fill the dishwasher and put dirty towels in the washing machine. If you’re going to Nashville to explore and adventure with a group, but need your own individual rooms this is the place for you

We arrived a half hour before check in and was allowed to go in early. The place is beautiful. Just as clean and inviting as photos show. Very easy to get in and parking is easy as well. The propane was out for the fire pit and we contacted our property management team and it was replaced with in an hour. We will definitely be back. All the beds are great! Rooms are spacious and bathrooms as well. The house is so clean and the neighborhood is peaceful. Location is perfect! Ubers come quick.

We were looking for a relaxing getaway. The location was close for most of our activities and when we wanted a more casual day the location was great for dining-in on a rainy day. Also, loved the low hassle departure! Made the last day stress less.

We had a fantastic time. The home was super easy to get to and accomadated our group well. The host was extremely responsive and helped with troubelshooting the wifi. It was still difficult to connect to the wifi all the time, though we had access the majority of the time. Outside of that, we had no complaints!
Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay, walkable with restaurants nearby, and a super close Lyft to broadway and other places.
It’s a super spacious house for a group of people and I would stay definitely here again.
This was a super minor problem but we couldn’t really get our WiFi to work- they did have us on another WiFi for another house- but it was super slow and wouldn’t work on the 2nd and 3rd floors tvs or laptops. -(They didn’t offer to come and try and reset the router or let us try to reset the router [I asked to reset it myself] even though they said that’s probably the problem with our WiFi not working initially.) Like I said super minor problem and something we just gave up on- but a heads up if you’re needing WiFi.

This is a great place to stay as it is close to many great activities in Nashville area as well as good restaurants. Wonderful place to stay for Titans games, CMA Festival and New Year's celebration.

Beautiful home in a great location. Quick and easy booking. We took an inmpromtu trip to Nashville and booked this place on our drive down from Ohio. Very easy to do and we appreciated the last minute accommodation. Highly recommend!

This house was great! It had the perfect amount of space for a larger group. The house was clean and inviting. The rooftop terrace was the best part! I would highly recommend this house, and the hosts were AMAZING! They were always so responsive and gave recommendations on things to do when asked. Again, highly recommend for your trip to the music city!

Sarah’s place was great. It was beautiful and close to everything Nashville has to offer! Sarah was very responsive, and checked in on us during the stay. It was the perfect place for our girl’s trip!
