We enjoyed our stay with 4 young adults and 4 older adults. There was ample bed space for all and the layout of this home was great for us, with different levels of bedrooms and bathrooms.
The location was great between the East side Five points area which was walkable and downtown Broadway which was a quick lyft ride away.
The beds were comfy, the kitchen adequately stocked, and a cool rooftop deck.
I do wish the information about the coffee maker had been correct as I brought coffee to brew a pot, but when we got there it was a Kuerig single use maker!
We would definitely stay here again!

This place is beautiful and gave super cozy vibes! Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. Tons of space. Close to restaurants. And pretty close to broadway! Came for my 40th birthday. Had an amazing time! Thank you

Had to book this place last minute as another Airbnb was not as advertised. Sarah and Chrystele were very accommodating and flexible in the process! The place is very spacious and updated with all the normal amenities you'd expect. It was very clean and easy to get to as well. The neighborhood seems to be going though a transition with new construction going all around. There are a few great restaurants just minutes away too. Downtown is just a short ride over the bridge. Everything else in the area seemed to only be a 10-15 min ride too. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the weekend.

This house is a gem, the layout was perfect for our family gathering at Thanksgiving! Modern furnishings with a mid century flair. We loved the open kitchen with a farm table, off the living room. So easy to play games & puzzles while involving our cook :-). Very cold so we didn’t utilize the rooftop seating but looked like a nice area to gather.
Only negative for us was the lack of quality cooking items, mixer, bowls, pots & pans. Kitchen pretty sparse, but hey most people dont come to Nashville to cook, right?
Close to several restaurants and just a hop over the bridge into downtown!

We recently spent four wonderful days in Nashville with a group of four adults, and we couldn't be happier with our choice to stay outside the bustling Downtown area. This decision turned out to be a fantastic one!
Our average Lyft rides cost around $10, including tip, which made getting to the action quite affordable. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dining options within walking distance, allowing us to explore the local food scene effortlessly.
The accommodations were impressive! The home was not only HUGE, but all the beds were incredibly comfortable. We felt safe in the neighborhood, which made our evening strolls enjoyable and relaxing. Every member of our group agreed that we made a wonderful choice in where to stay.
If I had to mention one downside, it would be the early 10 AM check-out time, which felt a bit rushed. However, this minor inconvenience certainly didn’t over

After our original AirBnb was canceled as we arrived to Nashville, Sarah was great at getting us set up and booking her AirBnb quickly. She was very helpful, quick with responding, and very accommodating with checking in early!! Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you for turning a stressful morning into the start of a great weekend. The home was beautiful. Would highly recommend booking!! Very close to downtown, just a short Uber ride from everything!!

This place was absolutely perfect for all our needs! Far enough away from Broadway that you didn’t hear any loud news or feel like you were in a big city but close enough that a Lyft/Uber was only a couple dollars and short drive. The layout was great and each group got their own bathroom. Plenty of amenities. We did have a couple easy questions and the response time was unbeatable. Will definitely stay again for our next trip!

Such a beautiful place and comfy… plenty of airy space and comfy beds that put you to a snugly slumber… loved the master bath with the soaking tub very relaxing after a long day of walking/dancing. It’s is a 3 story unit no bedrooms on first floor so it was peaceful if the noise is downstairs…. About 10 minutes or so depending on traffic if you’re going to Broadway!!! Would definitely stay there again…
And here’s a funny… when you park make sure you hold on to your luggage if they have wheels … we had 2 that rolled down to the street that was a great laugh !!!
