Beautiful Airbnb. First floor living space was larger than it seemed from pictures which was perfect for our big group. House was clean, had all amenities, and was beautifully decorated. Enjoyed East Nashville and took short walks to shops and restaurants near 5 points intersection.

We had a great stay! The hosts were extremely flexible in allowing me to checkout late and checkin early (and even helped keep the early checkin a surprise for the bride)! The space was perfect for our group. A lot of bathrooms which is always a plus for a bachelorette party! The location is super close to all the downtown bars as well which was very convenient. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. We loved our stay!

This place was great! We had plenty of room for everyone one! The beds were very comfy and the en suite bath tub in the master was so great to have for relaxing! Thanks again for having us! Would stay again!

We stayed here for my bachelorette! We had 6 girls and it was perfect we probably could have fit more. The hosts were amazing and always responded very quick. I’d recommend staying here the beds were very comfortable, it was clean, and spacious! Also the neighborhood was perfect

Everything is very nice. I would suggest to equip the kitchen a little more. For example: can opener, duster, etc.

This place was great and the entire team of hosts took great care of us. The space is just as described. The only thing that I didn’t care for was that the curtains didn’t fully cover the windows so while in the living room people are able to look in. Other than that this place was just what we were looking for.

Great experience with this host all-around! The house itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more; like a high-class hotel experience with the comfort of our own space and “home”! The staff was extremely helpful and professional with fast replies, and a personable, friendly character that made our experience (and trip as a whole) that much more enjoyable.

Perfect rental for a girls weekend in Nashville! So many walkable places in the neighborhood and also just 10 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go, Broadway, The Gulch, 12 South, Germantown. We had a fantastic trip.

This is a must stay for a girls trip!! Very roomy place, enough bathrooms and mirrors in each room for us to get ready. Quiet neighborhood to catch up on sleep and only a 5-10minute drive to all the fun Nashville has to offer! Overall had an amazing time!!! Would definitely stay here again

This was a great spot for our group to stay! There were 8 of us and we were all comfortable (just be prepared for lots of stairs 😅) They had everything we needed and more. Very quick easy Uber to broadway and other bars / restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place! Perfect location, only 10 minutes drive from downtown Nashville. The house was so clean, and the decorations were super cute! Would absolutely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house! Sarah was proactive and made sure everything was great for us and wanted us to know she was there if we needed anything. The house was superb! Super clean! There was plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking your favorite meals, including spices. Although there was no salt and pepper, we ran to Walmart just a few minutes away to grab some (we left it for the next guests). The location was not too far from downtown, just about 10 minutes or so. When trying to choose a place to stay, I had a list of houses and I’m SO glad I ended up choosing this one! Just book it! You won’t be disappointed!

Sarah’s home was perfect for our long weekend!! 7 of us traveled to celebrate the end of school. The home did not disappoint! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms accommodated our crew. Easy to find. Easy to access. Great place to land. Sarah was easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

This place was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday with a handful of her friends. The place was cute and stocked with everything we needed. The “cheers” cups were a cute find in the cupboard.
It’s 3 levels with 2 rooms on the 2nd level and 2 rooms on the 3rd level. The balcony is on the 3rd level and has a pretty view of the Nashville skyline.
Sarah was a great host and responded quickly!
Would definitely rent here again.

Great Location and distance to downtown. Beautiful and modern decor. Great size for family sharing. Would definitely stay here again for future trips to Nashville. Host is extremely easy to work with.

The host were great and I've stayed four time now with no issues .
The area was empty and Nashville was pretty quiet for the time of year .
I plan on coming back to Nashville quite a bit to record and Sunday -Thursday works well for me . I'll be shopping around for prices so and discounts, specials or deals passed along would be greatly appreciated.
