We had a great stay and enjoyed this home. Plenty of room for everyone. Easy to grab an uber to Broadway and surrounding areas. Comfy beds and the deck on top was a great treat for drinking morning coffee, listening to birds, and Nashville come to life.

This home is exceptional! ✨ My first stay in July 2024 was so perfect that I rebooked IMMEDIATELY for my latest stay in Nashville! This home is SO clean, offers guests plenty of space and privacy, and I have felt so safe here! Not to mention the wonderful, responsive hosts that provide clear instructions and are kind enough to check in and ensure you have all you need! This is an easy choice — BOOK IT! 😉

Stayed at this beautiful private property. The host gave clear instructions on checking in. They were very easy to work with and very responsive. The property is near every thing. It was spacious and very clean. I’d live to stay there again when I’m in Nashville.

The house was super clean and comfortable. Close enough to Broadway that getting there was quick, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Host was quick to answer when we called with a question. Would absolutely recommend for anyone coming to Nashville for business or pleasure. We will be back!

We came into town for a concert at GEODIS park. Location was absolutely perfect, a very short walk to the venue. House was clean and as described. Would stay there again if we were coming back for an event at GEODIS.

As a group of 9 this place was immaculate, fantastic and all around best. The beds were comfortable, the couches as well. They had everything you needed. I would definitely stay again. I actually would rate this a 10 out of 10.

BOOK IT! ⚡️
The space was everything my classmate and I had hope for and Moore (pun intended)! 😉
The home is very private, spacious and quiet, which is exactly what we needed to prepare for our exams and for downtime afterwards.
Hosts can make or break a visit, but Sarah is super responsive and KIND!
God forbid we have to take the exam again, but if so, we will absolutely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay with my friends in Nashville. The hosts were amazing and offered suggestions and were super responsive. The air bnb was extremely clean and check in was so easy. The house was fully stocked with amenities, games, and comfort. This house is truly unique and we all loved having so much space to hang out. This house felt like home and I can’t recommend a better stay in Nashville!!

Amazing one week stay for my Mother and I. Affordable and 10-15 minute drive to many things. Hosts, specifically Sarah, were very friendly, accommodating and swift to respond to any concerns. With so many properties, I appreciate that you still feel like they are your personal concierge because they are so helpful. I think this place is perfect for a group.
Feedback that I hope others find helpful if you arrive after dark, home is to your left when driving down the driveway. It would have made total sense if I came during the day but couldn't really tell at night. Hosts also ask that you don't get dropped off by Ubers in driveway so you don't disturb other homes. You'll have to be very specific with drivers because if they use Apple Maps - it takes them to the driveway. Just get dropped off at the end of driveway - its well light as you walk to home. I found back door easier than front because of the amount of stairs.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at one of Sarah's properties. From the very beginning Sarah and her co-hosts were very responsive and answered any questions I had. Communication was amazing!! The home was exactly what the photos show. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. The instructions to check in were very detailed and clear which was much appreciated! The stay was extremely peaceful. We truly enjoyed our time and would absolutely recommend staying here! Thank you all for an amazing stay.
