- Proximity to Geodis Park. This is the largest stadium built for soccer and the MLS in the US! You are right around the corner from the stadium and the Nashville Speedway at the Fairgrounds. 
- Nashville favorites are minutes away: Broadway, 12 South, The Gulch, What Lifts You Mural are all under 10 min Uber ride. 
- Walkable or a quick drive over to some of the best coffee and restaurants in Nashville - 8th & Roast (personal fave) Dozen's Bakery, Edley's BBQ, Bar Taco, and 12 South Taproom.

- Large open living and dining concept - brand new couch and chairs, plus smart tv and breakfast nook 
- Fully equipped kitchen with additional seating at the kitchen island for 2
- Nashville runs on coffee - enjoy complimentary coffee from Nashville favorite, The Well. We also have a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker. 
- Large windows bring in tons of natural light in a separate dining space - perfect for entertaining! 
- We'll provide a starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- All bathrooms come with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. 
- Parking is a breeze - we have a shared driveway for 2, plus plenty of street parking if you need that as well.
