This charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is nestled in Prominence, boasting amenities such as two community pools, a communal grill and dining area, and direct access to the Timpoochee Trail for a leisurely walk or bike ride along 30A. As a bonus, you're just moments from the 30A hotspot, The Big Chill. We've recently updated our furniture and decor to enhance your stay, and as a special treat, we offer a complimentary 4-seater golf cart and four custom bikes for your enjoyment.

- Close to Beach Access. Less than 5 min or quick ride in the golf cart to Deer Lake State Park Beach Access point. And if you want to switch it up, there are 3 more close by to visit!
- Neighborhood. The Prominence community at the Big Chill is a gem! Includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater that has a covered event pavilion. It also has a great cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts and events! Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family “screen on the green” movie night. There is entertainment most nights during the season. Several delights await you! Terrific BBQ, tacos, spirits, ice cream along with unique one-of-a-kind eateries to explore during your stay.

- Dining Area. Enjoy your meals together in the open-concept dining area, with seating for 6 at the table and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.
- For starters...We provide everything you'll need to kick off your stay > paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.

Bedroom Breakdown ⇨
- Primary Suite. King-sized bed, private en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Also features a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a beautiful full length classic mirror. 
- Guest Room 1. Twin over Full bunk bed with a twin trundle, plus access to a shared full bathroom. Also features a smart tv.  
- Guest Room 2. Perfect for kids or additional guests, this room features twin-over-twin bunk beds and sleeps 4, making it a great lounge space for the kids. 

Getting to the beach ⇨
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Closest to Prominence! It is under a 5-minute golf cart ride or bike ride West on 30A from Prominence. This beach access has 50 parking spots available along with bathrooms and dining pavilions equipped with charcoal grills. The boardwalk here is lengthy (about a quarter mile), There is a $3 entry fee per vehicle that can be paid with cash on site or can also be reserved in advance.

- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: Best for bike rides to the beach and is a 7-minute ride East on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. There are newly placed "No Parking" signs on the South shoulder that prohibit parking golf carts on the South shoulder directly next to the Gulf Lakes Access and Pelican Circle community all the way to Camp Creek Lake.

- Seabreeze Beach Access: Right past Gulf Lakes Access and is another option with available North side 30A shoulder parking slightly closer to its entry. You can park and use the nearby crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry.

- Walton Dunes Beach Access: 10 min. golf cart ride West on 30A from Prominence. If you don't feel like paying the $3 at Deer Lake, then this is our favorite beach. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. Walton Dunes is an easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear then parking in the nearby lot. The parking lot is limited, so getting here early is suggested. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride a bike.

- Inlet Beach Regional Access: 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.
