We loved the home, smelled nice, super clean, beds comfortable, living room furniture very comfortable for relaxing. The neighborhood was so clean and peaceful. We loved riding bikes in neighborhood. You do have to cross highway to access beach, so we had to find the golf cart rental that allows crossing highway which was very easy. Would love to stay here again. Rosemary beach is my favorite!!

We’ve been to inlet retreat for the last 3 years. It’s a great location and the house is well appointed with everything you need! The neighborhood pool is very nice as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful and impeccably clean. Just as pictured. The outdoor area was also beautifully landscaped and tidy. The weather was unfortunately not great for the majority of the week, which made having such a comfortable and clean place to stay even better.
The beach is about a mile away. We walked there on a morning stroller walk our first morning and it wasn’t bad. Would be a bit of a hike if you were hauling a bunch of gear, but they do have a wagon for that! We never used the bikes because of all the rain during our stay, but wanted to. Such a great addition! All of the beach gear was sooo helpful because we didn’t have to worry about traveling with it or renting elsewhere. We did get two days of sunshine to enjoy it while we were there! We also visited the pool twice, and both times there were very few others there and we had a great time.
The hosts were friendly, proactive, and responsive.
We hope to return next year!

We had a wonderful time. The location was within walking/biking distance to the pool and beach although we did opt to drive to the beach. The home had everything we needed from bikes to all the beach gear we could have thought of needing. It was such a relaxing space making us feel at home. I made breakfast everyday allowing my family a lazy start before we hit the beach. The Helen State Park was a great stop also nearby for some kayaking and a short hike. We had a wonderful time.

My family and I had a fantastic stay! House is beautiful and we felt right at home. We really appreciated the nice furniture (like the sofa downstairs), comfortable beds and linens, new big TVs in every room, fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, nice Adirondack chairs outside, beautiful art throughout the home, and lovely potted plants. I could tell a lot of thought and care went into the home which made the stay much more comfortable. I really loved the shower in the master bath with the two showerheads and great pressure! The community pool is awesome! The hosts are great, very helpful and friendly. This was our first time to 30a and felt like this was the perfect location for us because it was in a quiet and private community but just a 5 minute drive to Alys beach and Rosemary Beach. Inlet Beach was just a few minute drive and felt quieter compared to other beaches we went to. Also the best beach for shells! Highly recommend this home!

We've been returning to this beach home away from home now for almost 5 years and we enjoy everything about it. The host is gracious and communicative every time, the space is always clean, we love the location both in the neighborhood and proximity to the beach. We had a great experience @ Inlet Retreat. Upon arrival spotless, very clean and fully equipped for our stay. Location is excellent with beach, restaurants, shopping all within reasonable driving distance. If you wish to walk, public beach access is nearby as well as many shops and restaurants. A lot has changed since my last visit 30+ years ago…but pleasantly surprised with all the growth. Will definitely come back again… will not wait 30+ years. That’s for sure!!!

We had the BEST time staying at Sarah’s place and visiting 30A! Everything you need and more at this place including all beach essentials! We loved biking every morning to local coffee shops and the beach was a very short drive away. Cant say enough wonderful things about this place! :)

The things I worry about staying somewhere - An outdoor grill - Cleanliness - No bugs The property had all my 3 bullet points. The house was clean, no bugs and a grill hooked up to natural gas also a charcoal grill in garage. Outside the plants were pretty and well maintained by drip irrigation. Also fire pit was a nice touch as well. Inside kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils etc All bedrooms were nice, beds comfortable and master shower was nice also There’s beach chairs, fishing poles, umbrellas, beach toys and bikes in garage We are gonna book again for next year highly recommend

We had such a great trip at Sarah’s place! It was a home away from home and had quite everything and more we would need. She had bikes for us to use & everything needed for the beach trips. We tried some of the restaurants she recommended and it was great. The fire pit was a great amenity too to do s’mores with our daughter.

Our family has stayed in AirBnbs for 7 years and this was our most comfortable house to stay in. Sarah was a great host! To make a family of 5 comfortable in a home is hard especially with toddlers but that’s exactly what Sarah’s house did for us. It was so clean - -and this is coming from a type A personality nurse. The finishes were high end and felt like a true escape. We would love to remodel our home to similar things inside Sarah’s house. What a lovely stay. The house is less than 5 min from the beach but we drove 25min to our favorite beach - -Santa Rose beach. Would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed the house, and the use of the bikes and fire pit. It was very cozy and well kept. We had a minor issue with the internet connection the first 24 hours. But Aaron was very responsive and we had connectivity the rest of the stay.

We booked this home last minute wanting to escape from the snowy Midwest, and it did not disappoint. The hosts, Sarah and Aaron, are extremely kind and responded within a matter of minutes by sending us a request for a reservation. This was our first trip as new parents with a baby, and the home couldn't have been more perfect. It was very clean, kid-friendly with soft rugs for baby to crawl on, and had all the amenities we needed for the beach which was super helpful! Sarah and Aaron have a beautiful home for anyone looking for a quick get-a-way or longer stay. We would highly recommend booking this home and we hope to stay here again.

Our stay here was wonderful and I 100% recommend this rental home! The house was super clean (this coming from a clean freak) and decorated with an updated and welcoming aesthetic. The master shower was amazing. Amenities like the fireplace, bikes and beach gear were an added plus. We enjoyed the large TVs and guest streaming options. The location was very convenient for getting to the beach and local restaurants. The hosts were so great to work with! They were very kind, communicated promptly and thoroughly, and were available during the week, if needed. It was apparent that the hosts were truly invested in our family enjoying our stay. We hope to be back soon!

We had a lovely stay at this home with our three children under the age of 10. It was very clean and had plenty of room. The pictures of the house were completely on point. All the bedding was super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. My children enjoyed the pool. The bikes were nice to ride to the pool or fishing. I would not recommend having the kids ride bikes to the beach bc interstate 98 is fairly busy. Inlet beach was less crowded than other beaches. We did go down to the State Park, but it was a bit of a hike to get to the actual beach. I wouldn't recommend if it is very hot! Although it was beautiful. Lots of shells! The beach chairs were a nice bonus. There were a few beach toys for the kids. We enjoyed the beautiful firepit. The little town of Rosemary was cute. We loved eating at Cowgirl. Everything was delicious. We went to Shades and my kids loved the french fries. I would recommend skipping the restaurant The Bay, the seafood wasn't prepared well. The food trucks at Seaside were delicious!

Access to the beach was quick and simple as was access to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised and check in was very easy. The landscaping and flowers were beautiful. Property has been well taken care of. The house was large enough to easily accommodate our group of 6 adults. Especially enjoyed the bicycles. Beach access requires you to cross a fairly busy road but is close enough for a bike ride but would be a moderate walk on a hot day.

We love staying in this neighborhood for fall break. This is one of the nicest hoes we have stayed in. It is loaded with everything you need to cook or grill if you wish. It is a great location. The furniture is very nice. Super large TV's for everyone. This home was very clean and plenty of linens. Great washer and dryer also!

The house is perfect and convenient to everything. Beach access is only a five-minute drive and parking is plentiful. House looks like brand new, very clean and well decorated. Eric the host always responded within minutes. Our car had a dead battery on the last day of the stay and he immediately came over with his truck to give us a jump start. Renting this house for the long weekend was the right choice, and will do it again in 2022! My family and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shopping, and great restaurants. The house is very nice and very comfortable. The community pool is top notch. If I had one suggestion, it would be to offer beach towels but that’s what the gift shops are for lol.

The property is beautiful, high end, very comfortable, brand new, very well equipped. The beach is near enough to go walking with light weight, on bicycle or car, there is free parking, with fresh water and bathrooms, really good beach, same emerald coast as Destin but less people

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with basic home items and beach essentials. The neighborhood was quiet and the community pool is very nice. We have rented in many places in Inlet beach and the surrounding area and we will definitely stay here again. The beach is just across hwy 98 and was convenient. We had a great trip!

We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted a house in a not-so-crowded area with close access to beach and a pool. We received de bikes or drove and parked close to the beach. It would be a long walk if you were carrying chairs/beach bag. But we never had a problem parking. And it was an easy ride on the bikes. The house was great. We had 5 adults and a 17 year old. Plenty of space. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for cooking. Loved having 4 bikes and beach chairs. Be aware, when they say starter pack of supplies they mean it. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. One dish towel, one small hotel style soap in each bathroom. Definitely will need to bring or purchase more of those items for a week’s stay. Bring your own spices. There was salt and pepper and Creole seasoning but that was it. We loved the decorations. Couch/chairs were comfortable as were the beds. We would definitely come back again.

The house is extremely nice! It is next to one of the very few dune lakes in the world! The fishing off of the dock with shrimp was amazing! The stars at night from the dock are not found in the city. The pool is huge and a very short walk or bike ride from the house. We found our own favorite spot on the lake next to camp Helen state park. You don’t have the crowds that you expect at other locations. The kitchen of the house has everything you need for the week. Shades has great wings and ask for baby G as your waitress because she is incredible! The master bathroom and spare bathroom are plenty big for getting ready for a night out on the town and the TVs the house has are smart and big! We will be back without a doubt. Thanks for making this a great trip!

My wife and I have been coming to the Panama City Beach area for years now, but I think we've finally found our mainstay vacation rental. Everything was great from the hospitality to the location. We truly enjoyed biking to the beach each morning to watch the sunrise and in the evenings for the sunsets.
