Sarahs place was the perfect place to stay on 30A! Her location is between Rosemarys Beach to the east and Seaside to the west, and everything was easy to get to. Her home is beautifully decorated with the most perfect and comfortable beds. My daughter in law commented that she felt like she was sleeping on a cloud and we even asked where they got their linens from because it was so comfortable. The house we stocked with all the essentials, including beach games, towels, umbrellas and chairs. We didn't spend time cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The decor was beautiful , the house was clean and it was nice to arrive with all the lights on! It was a nice touch. We had clear instructions for getting in and they even gave us recommendations for which beaches to go to and how to get there. We've only been home 3 days and are already wanting to go back. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

We had a great time here. The whole condo was clean and looked freshly updated. Tons of space throughout the bedrooms and living area. My wife loved the decor and my kids loved the golf cart and bikes. Location in the back made it a bit quieter, which was perfect. There were new chairs, umbrellas and towels for use at the beach. We would definitely stay here again in future 30A trips. Communication was fantastic, as well. Quick responses to questions and easy directions and process for check out. Great all around.

Sarah was absolutely amazing! She never took more than a few minutes to respond, and was always able to answer my questions. Her check-in instructions and beach recommendations were spot on, the house was clean and exactly as expected. 6 person golf cart, beach gear (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, 7 beach towels, and a rolling cooler), were exactly what we needed for a fun day at the beach. Watch where you park at the beach access areas. We received a $125 citation for parking in a multi-use area at the public parking lot at Walton Dunes. There were no-No Parking signs, and the local contractors had taken most of the beach access spaces, but this was no fault of Sarah’s. In fact, she quickly took care of the citation bill and allowed me to pay for it on AirBnB. Prominence community is beautiful, has a great pool, and the fun extends across the street at The Big Chill entertainment, dining, and shopping complex. It’s a little pricey, but that seems to be the norm in the area. Great stay!
