Beautiful beach getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular sunrise and sunset views from this amazing home. The house itself was well done, plenty of room, everything needed for our getaway! BOOK IT! The house was spotless and the decor was lovely. The kitchen was dreamy. So much space for multiple people to be in there at one time. We prepped many of our meals at home and had everything we needed. There was plenty of common area space for our party of 11.
The location of the home was perfection. Quiet gated community. Literal steps to the beach. Close enough to head back for potty breaks, grab snacks, or hide from the scattered rain showers (and run back as soon as it passed). There is even a little peep of gulf you can see from the house. We were watching dolphins while eating around the table. Beach was private and we had to ourselves most days.
They thought of everything when it came to beach days. We appreciated the chairs (enough for our big group), sand toys, towels and umbrellas!
Hosts were lighting fast on responses, super accommodating and instructions were clear and communicated well. We’d highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

The house is in a great location and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. The quarters would not be described as spacious, but as advertised and ample beds for our party of 9. Walking distance from a few restaurants and some shops with some news ones that appear to be opening soon (maybe in summer 2023). Short drive to Rosemary, the Hub, or Seaside.

Thank you for your review! We find with 3 floors we have plenty of room to spread out when we like and hang as a family when ready. Greenway Station opened this summer with dining and shopping options a quick bike ride to the east. We love our central location between Seaside and the Big Chill (formerly the Hub)

The house was very well stocked with everything you need to cook. The pool was great. Neighborhood and location to the beach were great. Only a few steps and you are on the boardwalk to the beach. We had our first family vacation in this wonderful home in July 2022. We had 6 adults and 3 children (ages 4, 3, 2). We had family traveling from Oklahoma to join us and the Fort Walton airport was only an hour away. The house was great for all of us …the only thing lacking was a table big enough for all of us to gather around…however, with the bar seating, we made it work. Having our own pool was a definite plus and the walkway to the beach was so convenient! Amanda was GREAT to work with and was very prompt in answering our questions!!

Our group has previously stayed farther away from the beach, and the quick walk directly to the sand made all the difference with this property. Since it was a private beach, it was not overcrowded and renting chairs was a breeze. (Be advised that they are old school and only take cash or check - still worth it!) This home was super comfortable for all seven of us. Be advised, however, that the bunk room is intended for children and more than two adults sharing the small bathroom and space might prove challenging. Returning to the pool after a day at the beach was also perfect because there was enough shade to provide a break from the sun. We ate most of our meals at the house, but several good places were within walking distance or a short drive. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Loved the location of the house, and that it was a gated community. Beach was steps away. We had 5 adults and two children. Two other adults could not make it. The house would have been a little too small if they joined us. For our group however, it was fine. Our only issue was the pool. The pool filter seemed to not be working properly. The company never came out to check. Not Amanada's fault. She was great in her communications with us. I can see us going back to this house in the future.

What an amazing property. Amanda did a wonderful job with communication and troubleshooted the internet issues this home had. She was able to activate a new router and was super quick about it. The supplied grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, and proximity to the beach provided a care-free experience. We really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the communication and care. Excellent place to book.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dune Drifter. Amanda did an excellent job communicating with us before and throughout our stay. The property had enough room for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. The kids especially loved the bunk beds. We were very happy with how well equipped the house was with pack n play, high chair, baby gates, coolers, umbrellas, chairs, etc. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus with extremely easy access. Fall break was busier than we hoped for, but we will certainly stay at the Dune Drifter for our next visit to 30 A.

My husband and I spent 5 nights with two other couples at this property and loved it! Amanda is very quick to respond to text messages/phone calls and is so kind and helpful. The house is in incredible location--very easy to walk to and from the beach, close to grocery, walk to restaurants. I have stayed in multiple VRBO properties and this one is the best appointed! The kitchen had everything we needed including sharp knives! The house is clean, bedding and towels are plentiful and clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Appliances were great. I can't think of any complaints! Fantastic vacation for us and our friends!

Dune Drifter is the perfect beach house for families; Steps from the beach, private pool, great location to some shops and eateries. Nothing was missing from this property! It’s gated also, so I did feel safe. Amanda was so helpful with any questions or concerns we had and very quick in her replies. We had 3 couples and 3 children and the floor plan accommodated everyone nicely. We fully enjoyed our stay!

Ideal location on 30A. Private, quiet section of the beach and an easy walk from the house to the beach. House was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and there was a ton of room for everyone. Views from the balconies were beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend!

We have been going to 30A for the past 20 years and have seen it grow and change. We loved the location of this house and how nice it was inside and out. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious for our group of 10. I would’ve liked to have been directly on the beach but this house is so close that you almost don’t notice that it’s not. This house had one of the most equipped kitchens we have stayed in which was a nice surprise. The private beach was quiet and away from the crowds. All in all it was a great week at the beach.

This property was amazing. Location to Beach and restaurants and shops is perfect. Beautiful view of the beach/ocean from top balcony. The best this about this house is how well it is stocked. The Kitchen had all the pots, pans, cookie sheets, pyrex and utensils you could ask for. They also had crockpots (2) and a griddle!! Beach chairs are clean and like new. They have boogie boards too. Just an overall great stay, no issues at all.

This house is exactly as advertised!! Master sweets were great open style kitchen and living with windows. The balcony on the second floor has views to the oceans as well as the third. One thing we really enjoyed was the small drink fridge right inside the door to the pool. We have been to this area many times and this house is our favorite to date. Amanda was super helpful and made sure we had what we needed. She even made sure we made it. I will definitely try to her properties again. It is a short drive or bike ride to Sea Side and there are restaurants across the street. This is a gated community so if you have small kids it was very safe. We had our own beach area for the community and we also had our own pool. As you can tell we had a great time and plan to return!!

This was our first year to rent this house, and we were really pleased with the house and its proximity to the beach. While not directly on the beach, it was close enough to make coming and going quick and easy. For those in our group that preferred to roam around Seaside, we rented a golf cart for the short drive.

We could not have been happier with Dune Drifter. It was such an easy quick walk to the beach which was super nice for the little ones with us when we needed to rush back quickly. We were parents, grown kids, and two toddlers. Three Comfortable king size beds, two levels apart was perfect for us and the little ones. The kitchen was great and the half bath on the 2nd floor/living area was handy for the toddlers. The kids enjoyed the beach toys stored near the pool and the pool was a great place to cool off from the sun. Thoroughly enjoyed it and the local restaurants. Angela answered all of our questions promptly and provided baby gates and a booster seat. The A/C was very robust for all 3 floors. Thanks for a great time!

This arrangement was perfect for our needs. The beach was private and the home with pool was private. The chairs and umbrella assigned to us on the beach was a great way to define your group's space. We set up camp with additional chairs and umbrellas from the house. Very accessible to beach. Kitchen was well equipped. I hope we can come back next year!

The house was perfect, right down to the most comfortable mattress ever!! The master bedroom mattress was amazing. We loved being so close to the beach and being in a gated community!! 10 Women.. every bedroom had its own bathroom.. vital!!! We had bikes dropped off and we rode EVERYWHERE!! The house is close enough to Seaside to ride our bikes. I highly recommend this place! Management was AMAZING to work with!!!!! BRING BEACH TOWELS!! The backpack beach chairs were awesome!

Amanda was amazing to work with me through covid and was very responsive and patient and helpful. The home was great! A lot of stairs but so worth it. Pool was perfect size for 8 people to dip in and so close to the private beach of your little gated street of homes. We will likely be back! Was very pleased. And the AC worked amazing! Not always the case with beach homes.

The location of this property is ideal! You are right in the middle of all the towns and the beach is literally steps from your front door. Amanda is a great property manager and is very responsive. Great set up, quiet neighborhood, Gated community, short stroll to beach, very well thought out floor plan, nice and comfortable furniture, Beds are awesome, pool is larger than pictures and entertained kids at all times, washer and dryer is very fast and efficient, bar fridge comes in handy when loading up cooler for beach or pool,
