We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Docs Place!! Location was great and everything looked just like the pictures. Everything you could possibly need was included. Everything was super nice and the host were great!

This was my first time booking on AirBnB so I was hesitant how it would all work out. From start to finish, it was perfect. The communication by the hosts was prompt, extremely informative and very detailed. This particular unit at Prominence was absolutely stunning, well maintained and clean as a whistle. The owners supplied a top notch golf cart with seatbelts and 4 bicycles along with beach chairs, toys, games, etc. Prominence felt safe, quiet and luxurious. Sarah (host) was fabulous...and she gets 5 extra stars on top because we booked the unit less than 24 hours before check-in and EVERYTHING went smooth as silk. A big thanks to Sarah for making our spur of the moment/retiree get-a-away, just perfect!

Doc's House provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weeklong stay with our three kids - ages 8, 6, and 1. The unit is in a perfect location that allows you to travel to any of 30As beautiful beaches via golf cart or car quickly. When we weren't up for going far, we were able to go across the street to The Big Chill. The home is well stocked with anything and everything you could ever need - toys, pack 'n play, beach and pool gear, blankets, etc. The home has three large bedrooms with comfy beds so we were able to spread out and sleep well. The home was very well decorated, clean & comfortable. It truly felt like home! After our daily trip to the beach, we swam at the heated pool that has a zero entry point for little kids! We could go on and on about how much we enjoyed every minute of our stay! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to make wonderful memories at the beach with their family! We are already planning our next trip!

I wish we could give this more than 5 stars! Our expectations were exceeded and then some. The house had everything and more. Toys for our son, plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, bikes, literally anything we could’ve needed! We could’ve just brought clothes to wear and swim suits for the beach and the house would’ve had everything else! They were so quick to respond and were more than accommodating with each request. The location was absolutely perfect being right across from The Big Chill and close to the pool. We couldn’t recommend staying here enough and are already planning our trip back next year!

What a great place to stay! We've stayed in several units within Prominence over the years, and this has been our best experience so far. The house was clean and comfortable. The hosts provided very helpful and detailed communication prior to our arrival. It's in a great location, and the golf cart and community pool are fantastic amenities. We highly recommend this rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at Doc's! I was pleasantly surprised to see it was very accommodating for children. We had four littles with us and although we brought our own toys/activities, they had a full basket of kids toys as well as a highchair, pack and play, baby gate, etc. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we could need. It was very comfortable. The hosts were great at communicating and overall did an amazing job with this home. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone traveling!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and well stocked for our stay! It was so helpful to have all the chairs/tent/ and sand toys we needed so we did not have to bring them. There was plenty to do nearby. We will definitely stay here again!

The host always responded quickly, even took time to inform us that the beach was closed to swimmers. Place was amazing with everything needed, even for a family of five. Definitely recommend staying here and will be looking for this location again in the future.

The perfect way to kick off summer with my son!! The house was perfect and had everything and more than we needed! Sarah was great, super quick, and friendly with responses!
We had a wonderful time using the golf cart to get to the pool and beach :)

The listing says set for families and it really was! The listing doesn’t do it justice!! Not only was it beautiful and better than the pictures but they had everything we needed down to smallest things. Noise machines in each room, packs plays, kids dishes, toys and everything to make the beach SO enjoyable! Highly recommend if you’re coming with young kids!
My favorite thing of all was how the hosts were more relaxed and didn’t give rules with fines. They let us know what was expected and how to have an enjoyable stay and assumed we would. This showed in our checkout. Love to stay at an Airbnb without a checkout list a mile long!
I also appreciated it had no smell and was so clean!! I am not a fan of strong cleaners or scents in general - it was a perfect stay!!!!

Place was great for a family of two! Loved the fact that they had 2 king beds and the kids all slept comfortably! Place was stocked with the essentials. Sarah responded immediately to my call and the place was in a perfect location. Def worth staying at this place and would 100% stay here again!

We stayed at Sarah’s place for about a week and absolutely loved it!! The area was beautiful and there was so much to do. Being provided with bikes and a golf cart was especially helpful since most activities were in that range. The place itself was beautiful. Super modern, comfortable, and stocked with everything we could need. Beaches were a 5-10 minute golf cart ride away. Sarah was incredibly quick and thorough in her responses. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Sarah and Katie were incredible hosts and the home was the best Airbnb we’ve experienced. They thought of everything and we especially appreciated the details geared towards kids. From the sound machines to the dishes, toys and wagon for for the kids at the beach everything was perfect.
