I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it exceeded all expectations. The area was charming and peaceful, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. One of the highlights was the golf cart – it made getting around so much fun and convenient. The pool was absolutely beautiful, providing a serene spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The house had everything we needed for a beach day, including chairs, towels, and umbrellas. It felt like they thought of everything to ensure we had a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fantastic getaway!

We returned again this year for our 30A vacation and had a great time! The neighborhood is convenient and the house is kept very clean. There are small touches that I appreciate too like the good hair dryers, laundry baskets and hampers and cast iron pan and small le creuset dutch oven in the kitchen. We love the changes to the bunk room! 10/10 recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house was so comfortable and convenient! We loved the location, especially being so close the shops and dining at The Big Chill. The notes about various beach access locations was very helpful. Sarah and the other hosts were very helpful when we had questions and always provided a prompt response. Having multiple TVs was great, since we had rain on multiple days of our trip. The board games, toys, and even kitchenware for kids was a nice and unexpected touch, as we had multiple littles in our group. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

We loved Sarah’s place. We felt right at home. Loved having the bikes, golf cart, and everything you need for the beach. Sarah shared all the great public beaches, where to park and how to get there that was a great help.
It was an amazing vacation for my family and would stay at her airbnb anytime.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! We loved being right across the street from the Big Chill when we didn’t feel like cooking and our kids loved the golf cart rides to Pecan Jack’s Ice Cream shop EVERY afternoon! There was a minor issue with the microwave and the bikes needed repairs before we rode them, but both were tended to immediately. The place was spotless, too, which made this mama happy! Thank you so much for having us!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Sarah’‘s place. The pool in the community is big and beautiful. The Airbnb was everything the way it’s listed . Beautiful,clean, pristine & all the amenities. We loved having the golf cart, especially in the evening and loved the big chill across the street. I would go there in the morning and get myself a smoothie. They have some good eateries and great entertainment every night. The hosts were very responsive. Anything I needed they responded right away. I recommend this place 100%.

We had a wonderful time in 30A. This place was very easy to access from Panama City airport and we loved the location right in the center of the 30A highway and there was so much to explore 10 minutes in either direction! We will definitely be back!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at BeachHaven! Location is great, close to pool, restaurants, shops & the beach! I was very impressed & thankful for all the amenities and things that were included as part of the stay. Sand toys and chairs for the beach, bikes for a scenic ride, wagon for carrying all our stuff, and more, made it so easy to travel there and still have everything we needed to enjoy our trip. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation to the area.

This is a beautiful and spacious home, in a great location - close to great restaurants, many different beaches, and is walkable to almost anything of interest!
The first night we had a little hiccup with the cleanliness of a few things, but the hosts very super responsive and sent their cleaner back immediately. They also made sure to check in with us throughout our stay, and even sent us a box of donuts one morning which was super sweet surprise.
All in all, we hope to come back when the weather is nicer and would stay at this home again without hesitation.

Great stay with family - including two kids 7 and 4, plus grandparents.
Beachhaven was exactly as advertised! The garage was extremly well stocked with everything necessary for a beach day or a pool day including beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and cooler.
The host had all showers and sinks stocked with lotion and soaps (not small hotel sizes).
There was also ample towels and wash clothes.
Very clean unit and we would highly recommend working with Sarah and team!

The condo and amenities were great for traveling with older kids! Golf cart and bikes were a wonderful addition to get over to The Big Chill and the pool! We loved Deer Lake State park and Santa Clara beach access. The wagon, umbrella, and chairs provided made beaching a breeze! Sarah was responsive and friendly to questions! Clean place and the golf cart was essential for our stay. We used the state park beach access which is a pretty private and clean. The walk on the boardwalk from the parking lot was a little long but the provided beach wagon made the trip easier.

Man, Beachhaven was perfect. It was great for our family. It's better than what you see online. The house had everything we needed to make our beach vacation perfect. Didn't have to use any of our own stuff. The location is perfect and the hosts were kind and responsive. We will be back and this will probably be an annual stay for us. My family and I had a great stay. Great location and was clean.
The only thing I would say is the couch and chairs in the living room had some big noticeable stains that we were uncomfortable sitting on so we threw blankets on them so we could relax better.

We had a great stay! The golf cart was a very nice perk. The house come equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach - a beach wagon, beach chairs and towels. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were SO great with communication. I would recommend this property to anyone!
I'll note that although there is a coffee machine provided, there are not coffee filters, which we didn't realize. And the master bathroom was not stocked with shower gel or body lotion so just be sure to pack these items. The hair dryer was good though (especially compared to the normal hairdryers you get in a hotel).
We would love to come back!

ABOVE AND BEYOND! This is the beach equivalent of a ski-in, ski-out.
From check-in to check-out, our stay at Sarah’s “Beach Haven” home was excellent. She, along with Aaron and Jacob (the co-hosts) welcomed us before our arrival and were excellent communicators. You can tell this home is managed by real people and not some rental management property.
The amenities at Beach Haven made our first trip to 30A so easy- the golf cart, wagon, cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella were GAME CHANGERS when packing-for and hitting the beach.
They also had beach towels, bathroom toiletries, plenty of paper goods (paper towels and toilet paper), and stocked us with water and ice (the fridge plumbing broke right before our arrival but they still made sure we were taken care of throughout our entire stay). Truly felt like a hotel!
We’re already planning our next trip back and bringing our loved ones. The house is gorgeous and our experience was wonderful. 15 out of 10 would recommend!

My husband and I vacationed here with our two children (2 1/2 yrs and 5 months old) and my husband's mom and sister. The house had plenty of room for all of us. Love the layout and overall feel of the place. The pool was super close and easy to walk to if you do not feel like taking the golf cart. While the pool area did get crowded, we were still able to find an open chair in the afternoon when we got back from the beach. Also loved having the Hub/ Big Chill area just across the street. There were several restaurants to choose from if we did not feel like going out and fighting the crowds at other local restaurants, and my older son loved getting to go to Build-A-Bear. As far as beach access, we tried out the Seabreeze Beach Access and the Deer Lake State Park. The Seabreeze access was a short golf cart ride and is free, but lots of steps to carry beach gear. State Park is $5 for all day (unlimited trips) and $3 for one trip if you don't plan on coming back and forth. No steps, but a long boardwalk, and we preferred this beach to the Seabreeze spot. The house was beautifully decorated and had lots of beach chairs and toys/floats. Property management was very responsive. Definitely recommend this house, and we are keeping it in mind when we come back again in the future!

We loved the location next to the big chill with quick access to the beach. The unit was perfect to come home after a long day in the sun. Would highly recommend anyone use this! It was perfect!

Great stay, loved how close we were to a bunch of public beaches. The golf cart was an awesome plus, but the bikes and backpack-style beach chairs were great as well. Located close to a good selection of food places and the neighborhood pool was convenient. Calm and peaceful throughout our stay.

We are two single moms with 3 kids total and this house worked out perfect for us. The house, property manager and location made this trip one to remember. The house was decorated nice, it was clean and well stocked with anything you needed including small touches such as hand soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The property manager communicated very well from the time we got there until we left. He even gave us a 50.00 gift card to Big Chill for having to do maintenance on the golf cart the first day and that was without us asking or complaining. The property has a very nice pool and the state park beach is right down the street. There is long walkway to beach from the state park and parking is limited, but it’s a beautiful walk and the beach wasn’t overcrowded making it worth it. Great restaurants and shops are across the street with a great area for kids to run around and play. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone.

The location is great as it’s in between all the main spots, beautiful surroundings and a great house. I would highly recommend Sarah’s listing and would love to stay again. Great location in between Rosemary Beach and Seaside so we could bike to all the beach towns. Loved having The Big Chill across the street. Also safe for our teen girls to bike on their own.

Our weekend at the beach exceeded our expectations because of the lovely home. It was even more beautiful and roomy in person. It was truly a perfect place to stay for our family. The location was fantastic - our family of five rode bikes to the beach, restaurants and neighboring towns. We also loved using the golf cart to go out to eat and get ice cream. Aaron and Sarah were very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay and when we had questions.

We had SUCH a great time on our trip to Santa Rosa Beach! There are so many things to do in the area and this airbnb felt like home to come back to at the end of the day.
